Linhay is one of thirteen self-catering cottages nestled on the beautiful Flear Farm Cottages complex in Devon. It is located within 27 acres of beautiful countryside and is perfect for a family holiday with it’s two bedrooms. The cottage is, as you would expect, baby and toddler friendly so you can travel light.

The Linhay a pretty cottage, with its exposed beam running through. It is tucked away down a private driveway and has a private garden that the little ones can run free around.

The relaxing cottage is ideally placed for exploring the Flear Valley in south Devon, but that is not all, when staying at Flear Cottage, guests have access to all the fun facilities within grounds.

This includes the indoor heated swimming pool and the giant play barn with soft play and a climbing frame area with a soft base. There are so many fun toys and games within the play barn for babies and toddlers, but also for the older kids with table tennis and a football table. Animal feeding mornings are a big hit and so is exploring the grounds, through the woods and fields meeting all the friendly farm residents including chickens, ponies, alpacas and not forgetting the ducks in the pond. There are even some picnic and BBQ areas.

Adults will enjoy the spa and treatment room, and why not chill in the hot tub and on the sun terrace, making it a relaxing experience and fun experience for all ages. There is also a tennis court and a Pitch ‘n’ Putt. Guests can also have some tennis lessons and swimming lessons.

The Honesty Shop has fabulous treats such as ice cream and local produce including Flear Farm’s very own home grown and produced cider. For special occasions or a night off the owners can also arrange catering and/or babysitting!

Open plan living room with flat screen tv and log burning stove leading onto the dining area through to the kitchen.

The well-equipped kitchen has granite worktops and an America style fridge-freezer.

The master-bedroom has a king size bed and is placed through a door from the lounge. Its bathroom is only a few steps away.

The first-floor twin bedroom is just off the gallery that runs the full length of the cottage and has its own en suite shower.

The Linhay has a private driveway and there is a private accessible garden that is perfect for the little ones to play around in. There is a west-facing private decking with table and chairs
