Overview - Old Hall Farm Cottages - The Old Dairy
Old Hall Farm boasts three barns, and among them, The Old Diary stands out as the cutest. This cosy cottage features a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a king-size double bedroom, and a single bedroom with an optional extra bed – ideal for a family of 3 or 4 with little ones. Step outside to an enclosed patio area with seating for added relaxation.
Old Hall Farm Cottages extends beyond just accommodation, offering a popular games room for children. Toddlers can enjoy ride-on toys, while the older kids can enjoy tennis table, a football table, and an indoor AstroTurf area with goal posts. The family can take a dip in the swimming pool housed in a spacious conservatory, heated from Easter to the end of September. Nature-loving families can explore the farm's nature trail, complete with an identification sheet, enhancing the outdoor walking experience.
Take a break from cooking with the option of pre-stocked homemade meals upon your arrival, as well as local dairy produce. Babysitting services and in-house beauty treatments are available for ultimate relaxation. Families with horses are welcomed, with two stables ready for your four-legged companions to join in on the holiday.
All three barns and Old Hall Cottages can be booked individually, and alternatively, they can be booked together as one unit for a spacious family holiday. This combined booking option offers a total of 8 bedrooms spread across the three cottages.
The beautiful farm is nestled in the Suffolk countryside, within walking distance of the charming village of Walpole and just two miles outside the market town of Halesworth. This location serves as the perfect base to explore the surrounding area, including the world-renowned Heritage Coast, merely 8 miles from the Norfolk border – a beloved destination for families.
